Love the flavors! I got the forest berries for both greens & reds & the flavor is awesome! I always use very cold water & that makes it 100%. I take it daily every morning before I do anything else. I do HIIT workouts & always take my oxyshred before I do & I feel the kick in the workout. I can tell the difference in if I have taken it before the workout or not! Never feel sluggish & always a good boost for my mornings
