Shipping & Delivery Times

The following are estimated average delivery times provided by our shipping partners.
Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch (shipment from the warehouse), not the date of order placement.

You can track your delivery time anytime by clicking on the tracking link in your order email or from within your EHPlabs account.

  • United States: 4 - 7 working days
  • Asia: 10 - 14 working days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10 - 14 working days
  • Canada: 5 - 10 working days
  • Central and South America: 7 - 10 working days
  • Europe (excluding UK): 10 - 14 working days
  • Middle East and Africa: 12 - 20 working days
  • United Kingdom: 7 - 10 working days

Please note these delivery times are indicative only and can vary depending upon your location and delays with weekends, public holidays, weather events, or Customs if you're located internationally.

Shipping Costs & Fees

Domestic (USA) Shipping:

  • Standard Orders: Domestic orders within the USA qualify for Free Shipping if the order total is over $100 (after discount).

  • Below Threshold: Domestic orders under $100 will be charged a fee starting from $6.95.

  • Heavy Items & Functional Drinks (RTDs): Free shipping does not apply to heavy items, including Functional Drinks (e.g., OxyShred Energy RTDs). These items are subject to weight-based shipping rates regardless of the order total.

International Shipping:

  • No Free Shipping: International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Heavy Item Restriction: We currently do not ship heavy items (such as Functional Drinks/RTDs) to international locations due to weight restrictions.

Regional Breakdown:

US
Standard items start from $6.95. (Free over $100, excludes RTDs/Heavy items).

Canada
Starts from $15.

Rest of the World
Orders start from USD $15 depending on your location & weight of your order. You can review the exact shipping cost before finalizing payment at checkout.

Successfully placed orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business/working days (depending on order volume) and will then be dispatched from our warehouse.

Import Duties & Customs Fees

When placing an international order, it is important to note that extra import duties & custom fees may apply to your order outside of the shipping fee charged on our website. The fees associated are entirely dependent on what country you live in & vary across nations.

These fees & charges are charged by the country's government & are not charged by EHPlabs.

EHPlabs accepts no responsibility for these charges & the onus is on the customer to pay any duties they are liable for.

Failure to pay these fees may result in your order being returned back to EHPlabs & the cost of the return may be reimbursed to EHPlabs from any refund that you may receive.

Refunds

If you have received a damaged product or if a product has been delivered that is different to the product listed in your order, notify us within the first 7 days after delivery, then we will:

  • (a) replace the damaged or incorrect product with a new replacement; or
  • (b) if we are unable to provide a new replacement product, we will refund you the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where goods are received damaged on delivery, we require photographic evidence before authorizing the return of your goods.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items found on our site cannot be returned. With supplements in particular, goods that have been opened with and the security seals removed are unable to be returned or refunded.

Other exceptions apply where items may not be returned including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Items
  • Loyalty Points For Case

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
