INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup partskim ricotta or cottage cheese 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt 1 scoop OxyWhey Mocha protein powder 1/8 tsp instant coffee 1 -2 drops liquid Stevia or sweetener of your choice for decoration (optional) Cocoa powder Chocolate shavings DIRECTIONS: 1. In a bowl place ricotta, Greek yogurt, OxyWhey Mocha, instant coffee and Stevia. Mix to combine. 2. Transfer to a serving glass and chill for 2 hours.
