INGREDIENTS:

  • For the base:
  • - 1/2 Cup OxyWhey Chocolate Protein Powder (Get Yours Here!)
  • - 1/2 Cup Almond Meal
  • - 1/4 Coconut Oil
  • - 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • - 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • - 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • - 2 Tbsp Sweetener
  • - 2 Tbsp Water
  • For the Cheesecake:
  • - 2 Cup Extra Light Cream Cheese
  • - 1/4 Cup Chocolate OxyWhey
  • - 2 Egg Whites

METHOD:

  • 1. Mix the base ingredients together
  • 2. Bake for 12 minutes at 175 degrees
  • 3. Mix the cheesecake filling ingredients
  • 4. Spread on top of the base and bake for 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees
  • 5. Devour!
