INGREDIENTS: 1/2 Cup OxyWhey Vanilla Protein Powder (Get Yours Here!) 1/2 Cup Almond Meal 1/2 Cup Cacao Powder 1/3 Cup Sweetener 1 Cup Cooked Sweet Potato (Can steam in the microwave) 1 Egg 1/3 Cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda 1/4 Cup Choc Chip METHOD: 1. Preheat oven to 185C/365F and line a brownie tin with baking paper 2. Mix all the ingredients until smooth 3. Stir in the choc chips and pour the brownie mix into the tin 4.
