INGREDIENTS: MUFFIN: 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour 3/4 Cup OxyWhey Vanilla Protein Powder (Click here) 3/4 Cup Almond Milk 1/4 Cup No Fat Greek Yogurt 1/2 Cup Sweetener 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil 2 Egg Whites 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda 12 Marshmallows FROSTING: 1 Cup Extra Light Cream Cheese 3/4 Cup Sweetener 1/4 Cup Cacao Powder 3 Tbsp Almond Milk  METHOD: 1. Pre-heat oven to 175C/347F 2. In a large bowl, mix together all the cake ingredients except the marshmallow 3. Pour the batter into 12 cupcake moulds and push 1 marshmallow into each 4.
