Blessed Blueberry Banana Bread

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 scoop Blessed Protein Blueberry Pie
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen


    1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or spray oil, set aside. 

    2. In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients, including Blessed Protein Blueberry Pie, and mix well. Add your wet ingredients, except for your blueberries and mix until just combined. br />
    3. Using a rubber spatula or carefully with a wooden spoon, fold through your blueberries (if you’re using frozen blueberries, it can come out a little streaky). br />
    4. Pour your batter into the loaf pan and top with extra />
    5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a skewer comes out just clean. />
