Directions

OxyShred Ultra Concentration: Mix 1 scoop with 10 ounces (295 ml) of chilled water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. On training days, consume 15 minutes prior to exercise.
OxyGreens: Mix 1 serve with 350ml (12 fl oz) of cold water in a shaker and consume immediately, ideally after a meal.
OxyGlow: Take 1 scoop per day mixed with OxyShred, water, juices, or smoothies for best results.
Acetyl L-Carnitine: Mix 1-2 scoops with 10 ounces (295 ml) of water or juice; ideally added to your OxyShred serving to maximise effectiveness.
CREA-8 Creatine Monohydrate (if selected): Consume 3 grams with 8 ounces (240 ml) of water. During a 1 week loading phase, take 10 grams pre and post workout.
