Directions

OxyGreens: 1 serve in 12 fl oz (350 ml) of cold water, ideally after a meal. Caffeine free.
HYDREAU: 1 serve in 16 to 18 oz of water, during or after training, or across a hot day. More water is fine and helps.
OxyGlow Natural Marine Collagen: 1 scoop daily. Virtually tasteless, so it goes into water, juice, a smoothie, coffee or even cooking.
EHP Shaker Bottle: 28 oz, in your choice of color from the dropdown above.
Caffeine: none of it. All three can be taken at any hour, including the evening.

Can I take all three on the same day?
