Directions

OxyGlow Natural Marine Collagen: 1 scoop daily, any time of day. Add it to water, juice, a smoothie, your OxyShred, or even cooking.
Creatine Monohydrate: 5g daily with 8 Ounces (240 ml) of water, or mixed into your post workout protein. Optional 1 week loading phase, 10g pre and post training.
Acetyl L-Carnitine: 1 to 2 scoops with 10 Ounces (295 ml) of water or juice. Do not exceed 5 scoops per day.
Easiest version: all three in one glass, first thing. They are unflavored, so add them to something you already like.
Gym Towel and Resistance Band: towel in the bag, band by the door for warm ups and home sessions.
