Annabel Lucinda is an OxyShred athlete preparing for her first bodybuilding competition, and she is upfront about being caffeine sensitive. This is the four product routine she actually reaches for, in her own words.

Directions

  • OxyShred Non-Stim: 1 scoop in chilled water before you train. No caffeine, so late sessions are fine.
  • OxyShred Gummies: Annabel takes one or two alongside her Non-Stim. Each gummy carries 25 mg of caffeine. The label serving is 2 to 4 gummies, and no more than 4 in 24 hours.
  • OxyShred Creatine Fizz Stix: 1 stick daily, straight to mouth, no water needed. 5 g of creatine monohydrate. Any time of day.
  • OxyShred Energy: 1 can, best away from food, ideally about 20 minutes before training.
  • Caffeine: the gummies and the cans both contain it, the Non-Stim and the Fizz Stix do not. If you are caffeine sensitive like Annabel, start with one gummy and build from there.

Why does she take the gummies with a caffeine free pre workout?

Because it lets her set her own caffeine dose. OxyShred Non-Stim contains no caffeine, and each OxyShred Gummy carries 25 mg. Taking one or two gummies alongside the Non-Stim gives her roughly 25 to 50 mg, which is far less than a standard pre workout. In her words, "it is like the perfect pre workout drink without getting me anxious."

Which products in this stack contain caffeine?

OxyShred Gummies and OxyShred Energy contain caffeine. OxyShred Non-Stim and OxyShred Creatine Fizz Stix are both caffeine free. Keep an eye on your total across the day, especially if you are combining a gummy with a can.

Do the Creatine Fizz Stix really need no water?
