The ​Oxyshred Ultra Energy Tesla Giveaway is a game of skill hosted and operated by EHPlabs. There are 2 ways to enter the competition:

The winner will be decided on the basis of creativity shown in their submission by a panel of judges from EHPlabs LLC.

WINNER ANNOUNCED: 9 August 2022

The selected winner will be invited to a media event and offered the prize 

The Tesla Model 3 car will be ordered for the winner after the media event, and if they prefer they can be offered cash (equal to the value of a Tesla Model 3) instead. The delivery of the Tesla Model 3 car are subject to Tesla delivery timelines.

4. WHO CAN WIN PRIZES DURING THE Competition?

Employees and Agents of EHPlabs (including spouses, parents, siblings and children) and persons living in the same household will not be eligible to win a prize.

5. WHAT PRIZES CAN BE WON?

The prize consists of 1 x Tesla Model 3, including an electric charger. The selected winner will be invited to a media event and offered the prize. The Tesla Model 3 car will be ordered for the winner after the media event, and if they prefer they can be offered cash (equal to the value of a Tesla Model 3) instead

Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Prizes are given without any warranty (express or implied) and the winner is solely responsible for additional charges, one-off or on-going payments and any relevant State or National taxes, not expressly covered in the prize description.

6. HOW WILL WINNERS BE CHOSEN?

7. The winner will be chosen by a panel of competition judges chosen by EHPlabs based on the best and most creative answers.
8. Winner will be announced via EHPlabs Social Media. Winner will also be contacted via the e-mail address provided at entry and/or Instagram DM. Winners have 3 business days to contact EHPlabs and claim their prize.
9. For sudden, unforeseen circumstances, EHPlabs will aim to administer leniency on a case-by-case basis, however this cannot be guaranteed.
10. Once the entrant(s) have claimed their Prize and or Experience, they will be notified of further details.
