What is EHPlabs Satisfaction Guarantee?

At EHPlabs we stand by the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction with our EHPlabs 110% guarantee*. Our products are designed to deliver results and we stand by our promise that they will assist you to achieve your health and fitness goals. 

What Does This Mean?

If you are not completely satisfied with your supplement product and you wish to replace or return an order, please send a request for return to support@ehplabs.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Within the email please indicate the items you wish to return along with your order number. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email. From there you will receive return instructions.

Return requests shall be received within 14 days of receiving the order to receive the guarantee & you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will then provide you with a store credit worth 110% of the price of the product returned (for the avoidance of doubt, the store credit is the amount of your paid price plus 10% extra - ; if you have used store credit or gift cards to pay for the full price, we will only reinstate the original amount of store credit.

This does not include any Delivery Fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product shipped to you, or the cost of any packaging you provide to send the items back to us.  

    Terms and Conditions 

    • Applies only to the EHPlabs supplement range and must have been purchased via ehplabs.com or one of its authorized resellers (proof of purchase required).
    • Not applicable to international orders
    • Not applicable to limited edition flavors, major sales - e.g. Summer Sale, Halloween, Black Friday or similar
    • Not applicable to subscription/auto-delivery purchases
    • Fair use policy applies - We offer a flexible change of mind returns policy to streamline your shopping experience. We do monitor return rate frequency and value for fraud, abuse and general security purposes. In the event of elevated return frequency and values, we are entitled to close or block access to your Account or deny you from making future orders.
