WHAT IS THE GIVEAWAY ABOUT?

EHPlabs and Brandon Harding have teamed up to run an awesome gym meet, powerlifting competition and athlete meet'n'greet!! This will take part in the heart of the UK. Winners will receive flights, accomodation, a month's supply of EHPlabs supplements and a training session with Brandon at his home gym.

THE PRIZE: There will be one prize. The maximum total value of the Prize is USD $3,000 inclusive of tax, based on the recommended retail value and the exchange rate at the time of redemption.

EHPlabs LLC accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. The prize winner will receive the prize listed below:

Flights,

accomodation,

a month's supply of EHPlabs supplements and a training session with Brandon at his home gym.

Prize must be redeemed for travel between October 1st - November 31st 2022. The following are not included as part of the major prize holiday: all other out of pocket expenses including meals, beverages, laundry services, spending money, transfers, additional accommodation due to flight schedules, optional excursions, tipping, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided. The costs of obtaining any of these requirements are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion.

DURATION

The promotion commences on 18th August at 12:01am and closes at 11.59pm on 15th September (AEST standard time). Winner will be announced on 23rd September. 

GIVEAWAY INSTRUCTIONS AND WINNER SELECTION?

Entries to the giveaway can happen via the following mechanism: Submission of email address via Giveaway page on the EHPlabs website. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Giveaway is organized by EHPlabs LLC (a) are at least 18 years of age. Participants below the age of 18 years must obtain written parental consent to participate, a copy of which is to be made available to Blessed Protein upon request at any time. In the event the parent of the participant (“Parent”) allows the participant to participate in this Giveaway, the Parent acknowledges and agrees that these terms and conditions shall be binding upon the Parent.

2. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions, or methods shall result in you being disqualified from the Giveaway.

3. For this Giveaway, you are eligible to participate as many times as you like throughout the entire Giveaway period.

4. This Giveaway will be awarded to a winner via a Randomly Generated Draw System. All entries in the Giveaway will go into a random draw and the first valid entry randomly drawn will win the Prize. If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be disregarded and the Prize will be awarded by drawing the next valid entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. No family member, friend, or connection to a staff member of EHPlabs can be selected as the winner in this Giveaway.

6. The winners will be notified via EHPlabs Instagram page and Email. All participants should check their social pages and keep their accounts active during this period. EHPlabs shall not be responsible or liable if the participant cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever following efforts by EHPlabs to contact the participant via social media.

7. EHPlabs decision on the selected participant shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, complaint or appeal shall be entertained by Blessed Protein at any time during or after the Giveaway Period.

8. EHPlabs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Giveaway submission process, the operation of this Giveaway, or to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions. EHPlabs reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or to forfeit any reward from a participant it believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Giveaway or the Giveaway submission process. Fraudulent activities are deemed to include but not be limited to the following – any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating submission of answers and/or entries and/or responses by any person other than the natural person who is the named participating in the Giveaway; and/or submission of answers and/or entries and/or responses wholly or partially by way of and/or generated by way of any electrical device, computer, pre-programmed modem, or by any other method or device which contravenes the submission of answers and/or entries and/or responses.

9. By participating in the Giveaway, participants are sending their personal information to Blessed Protein and all information collected will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. EHPlabs reserves the right to use the photographs and/or name of the winner for any promotional/publicity purposes. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the terms and condition.
